We take your privacy very seriously. All information gathered to complete a transaction is collected and used for that purpose only, unless otherwise indicated by you. All financial information (i.e. credit card numbers) is processed through our PCI compliant merchant account system using a secure third party processor. Only the last four digits of your card number are retained for record purposes after your purchase is approved.

Your child’s privacy and security are paramount to us and, on private online events, the images are only accessible via password.
If you need a password, wish to have password access changed, or if you wish to have an image removed from a gallery, please let us know and we will promptly respond to your request.

We want to briefly address a rumor circulating on social media regarding a national photo vendor. While some schools and leagues may use that company, E.D. Clark School Photography has absolutely no affiliation with them.

We will not engage in speculation or politics. Our only goal is to reassure our families and partners that your images and personal information are safe with us.

As a local company, we take that responsibility seriously:
